Feeling at peace about your physical appearance can come, in part, by leading an active and healthy lifestyle and having a positive attitude about life in general. But sometimes altering your physical appearance with surgery – even slightly – can be the key to unlocking a whole new person within. That is, once a patient’s perceived “deficiency” is no longer visible to the outside world, he or she can truly bloom and prosper with renewed self-confidence.

“I am a firm believer that health and wellness is tied to your diet, lifestyle, and attitude towards life. In researching people that have lived past 70 years old and continue to enjoy the beauty and rewards that life has to offer, I have found these three common variables hold true. Rejuvenation helps one see on the outside the way they feel on the inside. I still remember the first face lift patient I operated on and after her operation, she began exercising, changed her diet and renewed her love of life. However, rejuvenation like health and wellness does not start with surgery but instead is founded in nutrition, lifestyle and attitude. As a plastic surgeon, my reward begins with my goal of bring out my patients’ love of life.”
